A-1 advice 

This is in breakfast because I will always see it here.

~When you're sick ideas, because I forget, especially when it is me sick!

-stuffy runny nose which you don't want to go into a cough.
  *breathe garlic steam, this helped me really turn the corner and not let the cough settle in my lungs. Do it early and as often as you can. Fresh garlic cloves in a couple inches water, kept hot in crock pot all day long. Little floursack type towel to keep the steam around your face and head as you breathe and cough into the steam.
