Pancakes, Cottage Cheese 

Wonderfully flavored pancakes with a lot of protein. (Ingredients are measured by weight.)

In large bowl whip together:
1/2 c melted butter
14 eggs

Stir in:
24 oz cottage cheese
4 oz yogurt
4 oz milk

Stir in:
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t baking powder
3 c whole wheat pastry flour
    (15 oz soft white wheat grain)

Bake in plenty of coconut oil. The cheese curds will really stick to the pan.
