Pancakes 

Not a soaked recipe but these are thick and fluffy!

Melt:
1/4 c unsalted butter
Beat in:
2 eggs
Stir in:
12 oz milk
4 oz yogurt

Stir together:
12 oz whole wheat pastry flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
Mix into wet ingredients until just barely mixed. Overmixing will make them heavy. (You may need to add a little more flour but give it time to hydrate a minute before deciding.)

Fry on griddle in plenty of coconut oil.
