Breakfast Casserole - Impossible 

"Impossible" bisquick casserole. OR Easy breakfast casserole.

"Impossible" Breakfast Casserole
(Pie plate size)

4 eggs
2 c milk
1/4 t salt
1 c "Bisquick"
pepper
1 c grated cheddar cheese
sprinkle top with another 1/2 c cheese
Easy Breakfast Casserole:

Potatoes, Bread cubes, Broccoli,
Shredded pork, Ground beef,
Cheese, Spinach (water squeezed out)
Whatever you have that needs to be used.

Ratio of 3 eggs to 1 c milk with
1/4 t salt
If you add some cream, up to a 1/2 and 1/2 mixture it is even better.

Fill the 9x13 pan, cast iron skillet or pie pan (spray with pan spray) with whatever is going into your casserole.  Beat eggs, milk and salt until large bubbles form (not long at all).  Pour egg mixture over filling and bake 375* convection bake about 20-40 minutes, depending on amount of fillings and temperature of fillings.  Bake only until it is jiggly but set, like jello.

"Impossible" Casserole: Beat eggs with milk, salt, bisquick and pepper. Stir in cheese. Pour over whatever other ingredients you are using. Sprinkle with the last 1/2 c cheese.

To mix up "Bisquick": 6 c (30 oz) soft white wheat (pastry) flour, 3 T baking powder, 1 T salt, 1/2 c cold unsalted butter. Cut butter into 8 pieces and put in freezer. Grind grain then put in freezer to cool it down. Mix in powder and salt. Cut butter into flour mixture using food processor blade. Store in freezer.
