Drop onto UNGREASED cookie sheets using smallest scoop.  Bake at 375* (not convection) 11 minutes.  Leave on sheet about 5 minutes before removing to racks.

In mixer bowl with whips beat:
2 c unsalted butter
3 c white sugar
3 T water
1 T vanilla

Beat in:
6 eggs

Stir together:
4 1/2 c flour
1 c baking cocoa
3/4 t baking soda
1 t salt

Change to dough hook and mix dry ingredients in JUST until blended.

Stir in:
6 c chocolate chips
