Party Burgers 

A whole big pan of tasty hamburgers. Like little meatloaf sandwiches.

Larger recipe for 2 sheets:
In a large bowl mix:
4-5 lb ground beef
2 chopped and sauteed onions

(1 c soft bread crumbs)
**If you would rather use oats:
Blend 1 c rolled oats then combine with 1 c milk and 1 T yogurt. Soak on the counter overnight or for 7-8 hours. Mix soaked oats into the ground beef mixture.

Mix into the ground beef:
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 t pepper
1 T salt

Pat onto 2 large cookie sheet pans (with edges), keeping it an inch from the edges.  Bake about 20 minutes at convection 350*.  

When it is cooked top with:
grated cheddar cheese

Let it set about 10-15 minutes to reabsorb its juices and firm up.
          
Approximately 48 rolls

Cut into squares and serve on rolls with ketchup, mustard, mayo, more BBQ sauce,

***You could add Italian seasonings to the ground beef, use mozzarella cheese and serve with Spaghetti sauce for an easy way to make Meatball Sandwiches!
