Stevia 

Bought in bulk loose leaf dried stevia to make your own sweetener.

Steep 1 oz with 16 oz warm water. Cover snugly and steep 3 days.
~It will start out bitter but become sweet with the long steep time.

Strain and keep in fridge (for years!).

Or reduce to a concentrate and keep in dropper bottle. (still in fridge)

I think this will get the most out of the stevia leaves, rather than brewing with loose leaf tea like rooibos. Since this steeps for so long.
