Pasta - Spring Greens 

Quick to make and light enough to celebrate the spring greens! And you don't have to eat your greens in salad yet…still too cold for much salad!

In a bit of water with 1 T salt boil 1 lb pasta such that the water is gone when pasta is done.

Melt in 2 sticks butter (1 c) and saute
garlic
onion
italian sausage (link style) cut small (if you have this)

Chop arugula or spinach and wilt into pasta.

Top with fresh pepper and finely grated parmesan cheese and fresh lemon juice.

Aaah, spring comfort food.
