Frosting - Whipped-Cream Frosting 

Super light and fluffy frosting with many variations.

-Chocolate Frosting-
2 c heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c cocoa
speck of salt
1 t vanilla

-Cream Cheese Frosting-
8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
2 c heavy whipping cream
1 c powdered sugar
speck of salt
1/2 t vanilla
-White frosting-
2 c heavy whipping cream
4 oz (1 c) powdered sugar
speck of salt
1/2 t vanilla

-Perfect Whipped Cream-
16 oz heavy whipping cream
1 oz sugar
1 t vanilla
***Refrigerate bowl and whips

*1 c  heavy cream  =  8 oz

In mixer bowl with french whips, whip all ingredients together, EXCEPT vanilla, on #3 (high) until whipping cream is stiff.   (Takes only a minute or so.)  Carefully stir in vanilla.
