Tangy Apple Salad Fresh apples, mandarin oranges and pineapple in a tangy dressing. Well, I don't cook with some of these ingredients, but it sure was yummy back in the day! -dressing-
1 3.4 oz pkg instant lemon pudding 1 1/2 c drained pineapple juice, drained mandarin orange juice, and orange juice to make one and half cups. -salad- apples cut in cubes and drenched in lemon juice to prevent browning canned chunk pineapple canned mandarin oranges Any other fruit you may wish. -Instructions- Whip pudding mix with drained juices/orange juice. Prepare fruits into bowl. Pour dressing over. It is best if you don't use too much dressing. This one and a half cups makes enough for two large fruit salads. It can be kept in the refrigerator and poured over a freshly made fruit salad as needed.
