Iced Tea To make 1 gallon pleasantly tart hibiscus but gently rooibos sweetened with honey. Just right for a warm day! ~To make 1 gallon
Brew in gallon jar or TWO 2 qt jars with filter cones 15 g hibiscus 15g rosehips 45 g rooibos tea Steep until room temp Strain through filter (my 2 qt filter cone) Stir in: 12 oz honey 2 oz lemon juice 1 oz my homemade stevia 1 oz maple syrup
