Granola - sourdough 

Uses fresh or older starter.

In large bowl mix:
4-8 oz chopped nuts
24 oz oats
4 oz raw coconut chips
1 t salt

Mix and stir in thoroughly:
12 oz honey
8 oz melted coconut oil
8 oz sourdough starter

Lightly coconut oil a large 2/3 size baking sheet. Spread granola on it.

Bake 10 minutes on airfry 350* and 10 more minutes on convection roast 350*. Until golden and toasted.

Let cool undisturbed for larger chunks, stir if you want smaller clusters.
