Hibiscus Tea hot for winter 

Fresh warm and tangy burst of flavor.

~8 c water
10 g hibiscus leaves
10 g rose hips
10 g mulling spices
60 g fresh ginger, peeled roughly and sliced thin
5 g dried stevia leaf
Bring to a gentle simmer in the tea kettle for about 15 minutes. Don't steep for more than an hour. I think the ginger loses its perky flavor and the stevia also not so good.

Add:
honey
lemon
to taste
