Pancakes - Lentil Pancakes

1 c dry lentils soaked overnight (2 1/2 cups when they are soaked)
4 eggs
1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk until the batter spins freely. Fry in tallow or bacon fat. You can use chickpeas or any type of bean instead of lentils.
