Hibiscus for 2 qt filter 

Hibiscus, rosehips, rooibos. Easy to make iced tea.

Measure into 2 qt jar into the 2 qt filter cone:
15 g hibiscus
15 g rosehips
15 g rooibos tea

Pour just off the boil water over the tea and fill to top of jar.

Steep until cool or room temp.

Remove filter cone and rinse.

Stir in:
5 oz honey
squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lemon
also:
homemade stevia or monkfruit liquid to taste
