Cacao Tea 

Warm or cold mix with milk for a delicious and comforting milk tea. Tastes like coffee or chocolate depending on your personal palate.

In a pan on the stove simmer:
1/4 c cacao nibs
32 oz water
simmer 15 min gently
steep another 15 min very warm

To the 34 oz tea press add:
5 g chicory powder
10 g carob powder

Steep 30 minutes or until cool

Press plunger down gently to keep most of the powder out of your final tea.

Pour out and keep in fridge.

Sweeten gently with maple syrup and mix with milk and ice.

~Or serve hot with milk
