Crisp 

Very basic and simple. Uses starter without any added flour.

11x14 stainless steel pan size
~Filling
Dice fruits into the pan
-apple
-rhubarb
to cover the bottom of pan
Dot with coconut oil

~Sourdough Topping
Drizzle starter (can be discard) over top of the fruit:
14 oz starter

~Crisp Topping
12 oz rolled oats
cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg if you want
7 oz nuts if you want
-walnuts
-pecans
-hazelnuts
1 t stevia powder (green stuff, just stevia)
1/2 t salt

Melt or soften:
6 oz coconut oil
Mix in:
6 oz honey or maple syrup
Pour over oat mixture and mix well

Sprinkle topping over fruit and sourdough starter

Bake at convection 400* about 30-45 min until crispy.
