Black Tea 

Just so I can make consistently good black tea for milk teas or tea lattes.

~Note: Brew stronger not longer! Use more tea leaves rather than more time because more time makes the tea bitter.

~Brew 3-5 minutes

~Basic ratios
1 g tea leaves / 2 oz water
8 g tea leaves / 16 oz water

~Stronger for milk tea and lattes
6 g tea leaves / 8 oz water
12 g tea leaves / 16 oz water
18 g tea leaves / 24 oz water
24 g tea leaves / 32 oz water

~Note: I usually use the tea leaves one more time for a weaker tea, which doesn't have any caffiene, since it all went out in the first making. This makes a nice iced tea.
