Cake - Almond Cake, from Kinara 

Simple ingredients make this healthy cake!

~Makes one 8-9 inch pan
In bowl whisk:
5 eggs
9 oz maple syrup
Whisk in:
1 t salt

Add:
3 c almond flour
Mix gently until it forms a smooth batter.

Pour into greased pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes at bake 350* until firm, golden, and pulls from edges slightly.

~Add In Options:
approximately 2 cups of
fresh pears
rhubarb
chocolate chips
chopped dates
apple
currants
