Soup - Serving Notes Notes for large quantities. ~Soup serving size: 3 people/quart so 10 qts serves 30 people from my 15 qt brazier pan.
~Measurements: -15 qt brazier 5 qts below rivets by 1/2 inch 8 qts over lower rivet 10 qts to top of top rivet Lid is overlapped enough to secure with band and transport 10 qts of a thicker soup. -10 qt allclad stock pot 10 qts is full to just below the rivets, so you can serve a full 10 qts from the pot. Can only transport about 8 qts though.
