Yogurt - Parfaits 

So I don't forget all the wonderful combinations with my homemade yogurt!

Wintertime
-maple syrup and coconut oil poached pear with pecans. Poaching the pear half will keep its texture, instead of breaking down too much.
-add cinnamon and cardamom to the maple syrup poach.
-stir pecans with butter or coconut oil and maple syrup until fragrant. Let cool and you have crispy sticky nuts to top your parfaits.
-probably work with apples as well
-serve fruit just a bit warm
-sauteed apple and rhubarb or cranberry
