Soup - Elisabeth's Butternut Chili 

Nice and warming soup.

Saute:
olive oil
garlic
cumin
chili powder
fresh ginger
red or sweet onion
celery
bell peppers
butternut squash, cubed

Add:
broth
tomatoes
green chiles
black beans
white northern beans or kidney beans
golden balsamicvinegar or rice vinegar
bit of sugar

Garnish with lime
Serve with cilantro and tortilla chips
