Marinated Beans 

from Nourished Kitchen

1 (13-oz) jar kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 medium shallot (finely chopped)
3 green onions (sliced thin)
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon finely ground real salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Marinate and serve.
