Flaugnarde 

Like a german pancake with fruit and like a custard with fruit.

~Saute plums, peaches, nectarines, apples or pears in place of berries.

~Swap brandy for vanilla.
In casserole dish put:
2 lb berries

Whisk together:
8 oz milk
2 1/2 oz white flour

Add:
3 1/2 oz sugar
3 eggs
1/4 t salt
1 T vanilla

Whisk until smooth and pour over fruit.

Bake 400* about 25 min until center of custard trembles slightly when you jiggle the pan.

Serve warm with powdered sugar.
