Cottage Cheese Jello Salad 

Tasty green jello with chunks of tangy pineapple and cottage cheese.

-Perfect Whipped Cream-
16 oz (2c) heavy whipping cream
1 oz sugar
1 t vanilla

-Cream cheese-Whipped cream topping-
16 oz softened cream cheese
1 c heavy whipping cream
speck salt
1/4 c sugar
2 large pkgs lime jello
4 c boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits
16 oz cottage cheese

Dissolve jello into boiling water.  Put undrained pineapple and cottage cheese into three or four quart bowl, or use 9x13 pan.  Pour jello over and stir.  Refrigerate.
Perfect Whipped Cream OR Cream cheese-Whipped cream topping:
Combine ingredients into very clean mixer bowl and whip carefully until thick and creamy.  Frost whipping cream, OR cream cheese-whipped cream onto jello.
