Chocolate Fudge Pudding
1 c milk
1/4 c melted butter 1 T vanilla 2 c brown sugar 1/2 c cocoa 3 c boiling water -9x13 or 10x14 pan size-
2 c white flour 1 T baking powder 1 t salt 1 c sugar 1/2 c cocoa Preheat oven to 350*. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa in mixer bowl with cookie paddles. Mix in milk, butter and vanilla, mix only until smooth. Spray baking dish and spread batter into it. Combine the brown sugar and cocoa in separate bowl, mixing with fork. Sprinkle over chocolate mixture. Pour boiling water over all, and DO NOT stir in! Bake for 40 minutes or until top appears firm. Remove from oven and stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm, pudding side up. Can be covered and reheated in low oven or microwave. |
