Fruit Crisp 

Perfectly crispy topping over any kind of fruit.

1 1/2 c oats
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 c softened butter
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c granulated sugar
Apples: Sprinkle 2T flour, 2T sugar
             and cinnamon over.
Peaches:  Sprinkle 1/4 c flour,
                  1/4 c sugar over.
Berries:  Sprinkle 1/4 c flour, 1/2 c
               sugar over.

Place fruit in sprayed 9x13 pan. In mixer with cookie paddles, mix all topping ingredients until coarse crumbs form.  Sprinkle over fruit and bake 375* for 35 minutes.  ***Note:  Bake on highest oven rack to brown topping without overcooking fruit.  
*Granny smith apples keep their shape better than other apples.
