Measure: 9 oz milk bring it to room temp Juice lemons to get: 3 oz 1 T lemon zest Measure: 13 oz all purpose flour 1 T + 1 t baking powder 1 1/2 t salt 1/3 c poppy seeds In bosch with whips beat: 7 oz coconut oil in liquid form 8 oz sugar for a minute. Add: 3 eggs (also at room temp) Beat at high sppeed for 1-3 minutes until mixture is very light! 1 T vanilla
