Cinnamon Bread 

A thick rich raisin and cinnamon swirl amid whole wheat bread!

~Make the filling (makes 2 loaves)
3/4 c sugar
1 T cinnamon
3 oz raisins or currants
2 T all-purpose flour
Process in food processor to chop the raisins.

Spritz the dough with water before spreading filling.
I'll be using my whole wheat recipe but add sugar equal to the honey. It needs to be a little sweeter to be satisfying!
