Cinnamon Bread 

A thick rich raisin and cinnamon swirl amid whole wheat bread!

~Make the filling (makes 2 loaves)
3/4 c sugar
1 T cinnamon
3 oz raisins or currants
2 T all-purpose flour
Process in food processor to chop the raisins.
*You can double this in my food processor. 5 oz each loaf of bread when you portion it out.

Spritz the dough with water before spreading filling.

Slit the tops with many small slits to prevent it from breaking open on the sides.
To my whole wheat sandwich bread add:
3 oz sugar along with the honey

~With a more active starter and warm house I have been getting
SIX 22 oz loaves in my 10x4.5 pans.
