Pasta, Sausage and Kale 

Mixing meats gives you delightful contrast.

In 5 qt casserole type pan:
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
Saute thick sliced Italian link-style sausage into the pan.
Add some previously roasted kale.
Warm in some already prepared spaghetti sauce with ground beef. (hopefully it comes from your freezer)

Serve over soft polenta.
OR add noodles for a casserole.

Top with mozzarella and parmesan
