Dip - Veggie Tray Veggies 

Lightly blanch for a much more Veggie taste!

Blanch veggies in briney salty water:
carrots, cauliflower, broccoli
In actively boiling water you only need 30-60 seconds to allow a little salt and heat to turn your starchy veggie into a much sweeter veggie tasting veggie!

AND cut the carrots into 'boards' to allow lots of room for your awesome dip, especially spinach dip. Cut on the extreme bias all the way up the carrot.

AND peel the celery just a bit. It makes it quite a bit sweeter. (Do not blanch the celery.)
