Main Dish - Beef pasta 

A flavorful change from a chicken pasta salad.

Sear flank steak well in cast iron skillet. Let sit 10 min or so to see if it needs any more heat. Let it come to 135*-140*.

Make oil and vinegar dressing with mustard added.
3 parts oil
1 part vinegar
salt and pepper
squirt of mustard

Cook pasta in well salted water
Drain then add the dressing while it is still warm. That way it absorbs the flavors.

Sweet onion, either lightly sauteed or raw.
Roasted sweet potato
