1 cup (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise, full fat
2 cups artichokes, canned, quartered in water
1/2 cup milk, whole
3 TB garlic cloves, peeled, raw
1/3 cup green onion, chopped 1/4” wide
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper, ground
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
