Hartnell Farms has had beautiful young zucchini all summer! Now I see that you can make crispy zucchini chips.

~Wash and use mandoline slicer to make 1/8 to 1/4 inch rounds.
Lay on tray and sprinkle very lightly with salt.
May take 6-8 hours to dry.

~I sugared and salad spinnered grated zucchini for bread, then froze it. But when I thawed it, there was so much more liquid - very flavorful liquid, but the flavor went out with the liquid. The zucchini bread had no zucchini taste or texture.
~So dehydrate it in rounds then cut it with a knife into slivers, then freeze it. You need to get rid of the liquid but keep the flavor in the zucchini.
