Cake - Buttercake 

Yes, you may have the recipe :)  It's called Boeterkoek (Buttercake)

1/2 lb butter
2 cusp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp almond extract
3 cups flour

Cream butter, then add sugar.  Add 2/3 of beaten egg mixture to the extract and mix together.  Add baking powder and flour, mix.  Knead together with hands to form a ball.  Split in half and put in 2 buttered and floured round pans.  Spread remaining egg over cake.  

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Yield 20-24 slices

{When I did this recipe, I made it into three cakes, because I like it a little thinner, gets cooked better in the center, otherwise it can still be gooey, which is also yummy!}
