Cake, Creamy cheese cake 

With or without chocolate chips and raspberry jam, this is a delicious creamy cheese cake!

-Two cheese cakes-
32 oz soft cream cheese
2 c sugar
32 oz sour cream
6 eggs
2 T vanilla
Optional: 2 c chocolate chips
Optional: 1 c chips on top

Crust
10 oz chocolate cookies (2 c)
1/4 c soft butter
16 oz soft cream cheese
1 c sugar
16 oz sour cream
3 eggs
1 T vanilla
Optional: 1 c chocolate chips
Optional: 1/2 c chips on top

Crust
5 oz chocolate cookies (1 c)
2 T soft butter

In mixer with cookie paddles, mix cookies with butter until cookies are moist crumbs.  Press on bottom of at least 9 inch springform pan.  
In mixer with cookie paddles, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.  Blend in sugar.  Blend in sour cream.  Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.  Stir in chocolate chips if desired.  Pour onto crust.  Sprinkle with more chocolate chips if desired.  Bake 350* 40 minutes.  Turn oven off and leave in one hour to set it.  Refrigerate thoroughly then remove sides and bottom of springform pan.  Try topping with raspberry jam!
