Dressing - Oil and Vinegar with Parmesan 

Use for Italian salads especially.

-Double for large tupperware bowl-
3 oz vinegar (red wine or white wine)
3 oz olive oil
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
4 oz parmesan cheese
1.5 oz vinegar (red wine or white wine)
1.5 oz olive oil
1/2 t salt
dash pepper
2 oz parmesan cheese

Measure into bowl and toss with greens.  For Italian salad use salami or ham, mozzarella cheese, onion, broccoli, olives, artichoke hearts, pepperocini, chickpeas, mozzarella cheese cubes, etc.
