Punch 

A not too sweet fruity punch. Working notes through the years. See healthier option too.

-Small recipe using 1 can juice-
1 can juice concentrate   12 oz
1 can water                      12oz
club soda                           23oz
almost 48 oz punch

-Party size with concentrate in gal pitcher-
4 - 12oz cans juice concentrate
10 oz Portland Punch (measure 3/4 full in
                                    juice can)
2 two liters club soda
This is 48 oz juice
            48 oz water
            10 oz Portland Punch
            20 oz water
total = 126 oz "concentrate" (1 gal)
      add 136 oz club soda
total punch = 2 gallons
-Recipe using 1 two liter club soda-
3 - 12oz cans juice concentrate    36 oz
3 - 12oz "cans" water                     36 oz
1 - 2 liter club soda                         68 oz
1 gal + 12 oz                (140 oz punch)

1 "gal" (140 oz) about 20 six oz servings

-Party size concentrate gal (less frozen)-
2 - 12 oz cans concentrate
26 oz Portland Punch
2 liters club soda
This is 24 oz juice
            24 water
            26 oz Portland Punch
            52 oz water
Total = 126 oz "concentrate" (1 gal)
add 2 liters club soda
Total punch = 2 gallons

     Need 3 cans juice concentrate for 1 two liter bottle of club soda for basic recipe.
     Need 4 cans juice and 10 oz portland punch for 2 two liters club soda for party size.  Making a little more than 2 gallons punch.  
     Need 2 cans juice and 26 oz portland punch (1 to 5 concentrate stuff) for party size using less frozen juice.  Makes a little more than 2 gallons punch.
